Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.
Our average delivery time is approximately 5–7 business days, although actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, product availability, customs processing, and other circumstances.
We currently offer free shipping on all orders.
We may use shipping and fulfillment providers including FedEx, UPS, United Parcel Service, Canada Post, AliExpress, and CJ, depending on the product, destination, and fulfillment arrangements.
Tracking information may be provided by email and SMS, where available. Customers may also be able to check tracking information through the tracking page provided by Pets Perfect.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Pets Perfect is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, natural events, government actions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Our shipping practices and applicable customer rights are also subject to our Shipping Policy.

Pets Perfect is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, purchases and sales made through our store are transactions directly between you and Pets Perfect.
Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by Pets Perfect or for the terms of transactions between you and Pets Perfect.
By using the Services, you acknowledge the respective roles of Shopify and Pets Perfect in providing the Services and completing transactions.
